Our club serves as a dynamic hub where individuals come together not only to refine their physical techniques and self-defense skills but also to cultivate mental resilience, forge lifelong friendships and contacts with other countries through a wide range of activities and events such as love festivals and educational seminars. "Martial Arts Training" is a transformative odyssey that transcends mere physical discipline. Rooted in centuries-old traditions, our program delves into the art's profound philosophy, honing not only combat techniques but also instilling virtues of respect, humility, and self-mastery.

Strength and Circuit Training of Athletes and Members

Through a strategic blend of methodical strength exercises with dumbells - static straps and push-pull weights,we enhance the muscular and neural system of our athletes. We complete the aerobic - anaerobic endurance with explosive and speed interval training. Our specialized instructors curate each scheme and program of the trainings in respect with each athlete's psychosomatic composition and ability.
